Nashville & Western Kentucky · Local businesses
Nobody who calls you gets ignored again.
62% of calls to local businesses go unanswered. Every one of them calls somebody else next. Type your business name below and watch us forge the thing that stops it.
Nothing is sent. This runs in your browser — it shows what we'd build. The real one takes 48 hours and costs nothing.
What exactly gets installed?
Seven components, the same every time: missed-call text-back, 60-second lead response, an AI receptionist for after hours, a handler for texts and DMs, a review engine, a one-time campaign against your old customer list, and a dashboard with five numbers on it. Not eight — that's why it goes live in a week instead of a quarter.
Speed to Lead
Anyone who fills in your form gets a text and an email inside 60 seconds, day or night. Nothing sends at 2am.
Always onMissed-Call Text-Back
Every call you miss gets a text back within 30 seconds. This one alone usually pays for the whole thing.
Always onAI Receptionist
Picks up, asks four questions, books to your calendar. Hands anything about price, complaints or emergencies straight to you.
VoiceConversation Handler
Texts, Instagram, Facebook and your website chat — answered and booked without you. Starts in approval mode for 14 days.
TextReview Engine
Asks for a review after the job. Drafts your replies for you to approve — it never auto-posts to a one-star.
ReputationDatabase Reactivation
One campaign against your old customer list, run in week one. This is usually the thing that pays for the first year.
One-timeOwner Dashboard
One page. Five numbers. We bookmark it on your phone during the handover call so you actually look at it.
ReportingWhat does the free build actually involve?
No sales call, no questionnaire, no signup, no card. You give us a number, we build it, you call it yourself.
We work with roofers, HVAC and plumbing companies, electricians, landscapers, pest control, auto shops, salons and clinics across Nashville, Clarksville and Murfreesboro, and across western Kentucky in Hopkinsville, Madisonville, Paducah, Princeton and Marion. If your trade lives on the phone, this applies to you.
You give us your number
Just the line customers already call. Nothing to install, nothing to change on your end.
We pull the details
Hours, services, location, common questions — straight off your Google listing. Nothing needed from you.
It's built and tested
Ten real calls run against it, including interruptions, noise and off-script questions, before you ever see it.
You get a live number
Call it yourself and ask about a job. Keep it whether or not we ever work together.
How much do missed calls actually cost?
You know roughly how many calls you don't catch. Put your own numbers in and see what they add up to.
The only figure here that isn't yours is 86% — the share of people who reach a voicemail and hang up without leaving a message (Invoca). Every other number above, you set. If the total looks too big, drag the last slider down until it looks like your business. It'll still be a number worth fixing.
- Missed calls a month
- 26
- Who never leave a message
- 22
- Jobs that would have booked
- 4
- Walking out the door
- $4,000

What happens when someone asks an AI instead of Google?
People don't only google now. They ask ChatGPT who the best roofer in Hopkinsville is, and they call one of the three names it gives back. If the machine hasn't heard of you, you're not in that conversation.
We'll show you what it says about you
We ask four engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI answers and Gemini — the question your customer would ask. We screenshot every answer and send it to you. Most owners have never seen this, and it's usually their competitor's name coming back.
Then we fix the reasons: your phone number saying something different on Yelp than on Google, a site with no structured data on it at all, hours that have been wrong on Apple Maps for two years, six seconds to load on a phone.
What we will not tell you
- That we can make an AI recommend you. Nobody can, and there's no ranking report for it — anyone selling you one is selling you something.
- That we can guarantee a Google position.
- A number of leads, or a date by which they arrive.
What we'll do is make sure you exist, your details agree everywhere, and your answers are written the way these engines read. Then we check again in 90 days, together, and you decide what it was worth.
How much does it cost?
No "contact us for a quote." If a number below doesn't work for you, you've saved us both a call.
Answering the phone
The Audit
We call your line at three different hours and send a one-page report on what happened. No pitch in it.
Answer
Missed calls text back in 30 seconds. New leads answered in 60. Review requests and one dashboard.
Answer + Voice
Adds a voice that picks up after hours, qualifies, and books to your calendar. Plus texts, DMs and web chat.
Multi
More than one location, or a phone that rings all day.
Getting found — one-time work, not a subscription
Visibility Audit
We ask four AI engines about your trade in your town and show you exactly what they say.
Found — Tune-up
Your existing site, made findable. Listings fixed, structured data added, pages rewritten the way engines read, speed pass.
Found — Build
A new site, built this way from the first line. For when what you've got is broken or isn't there.
Found — Keep
Only if there's real monthly work — content, reviews, monitoring. We won't sell you this by default.
Most SEO is sold at $500–$1,200 a month, forever. The real work here is a one-time job, so we charge once and only bill monthly when there's genuinely something to do every month.
Usage — texts, call minutes, emails — runs about $40–100/month on top, billed at what it costs plus a small handling margin, and it's stated in the agreement rather than discovered on an invoice. Thirty days' notice, either direction. No contract to sign your name to for a year.
Why are there no testimonials on this page?
You came looking for testimonials and case studies. There aren't any yet. Here is the honest ledger instead — and it's the reason the first build is free.
Real and verifiable
- Over twenty years in sales — we know what it's like to be the one getting pitched, which is why this page has no testimonials and no trust badges on it
- An independent record label, owned and operated out of Nashville, in an industry that eats people who overpromise
- A working system already running every day — every message it sends passes a human before it goes out
- Websites and digital products shipped this year for named, contactable local businesses. Ask and we'll give you their number.
- Fixed prices, published above, that don't move on the call
Not yet earned
- A wall of local businesses running this. You'd be among the first.
- Case studies with recovered-call numbers of our own
- Testimonials, review counts, five-star badges
- Years of operating history for this specific service
The questions owners ask before they call
Isn't there a $99 version of this?
There is, and it works. Then you own a login — and it's on you to write its script, connect your calendar, wire up your reviews, and notice the month it quietly stops firing. You're not paying us for software. You're paying because it's already running when you first see it, and because someone who isn't you is watching it.
Does this replace the person who answers my phone?
No, and we won't sell it that way. It answers the calls that currently go to voicemail — after five, during a busy afternoon, on a Saturday. Right now the choice your customer gets at 7pm isn't you-or-a-robot. It's a robot or nothing.
My customers want to talk to a real person.
They do, and they should. Anything urgent still comes straight to your phone — that's the first thing we set up. What this catches is the person who'd otherwise hang up on your voicemail and dial the next name on the list.
What happens when it says something wrong?
It will, occasionally. That's why it starts in approval mode for the first two weeks where you see every message before it sends, why it hands off to you on pricing, complaints and anything legal, and why review replies are drafted and never auto-posted. Anyone telling you their AI never misfires is selling you something.
I don't have time to set this up.
That's the product. We need your hours, your services, and who to call in an emergency. That's a fifteen-minute conversation, and then you're done — we build it, test it, and hand you a number that works.
What if I want out?
Thirty days' notice, either direction. No annual contract. Your number, your contacts and your data get handed back clean. We'd rather you leave well than stay resentfully.
What does it actually cost me?
The monthly above, plus usage — texts, call minutes and emails — which runs about $40 to $100 a month depending on your volume. It's in the agreement in writing, and you get an alert at 80% of your plan so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Which towns and services do you cover?
Every page below answers the questions owners actually ask before they call.
What we install
Where we install it
Give us your number. We'll call it three times.
You are not booking a sales call. You're asking for an audit.
- We call your line at three different hours — a weekday afternoon, after closing, and a Saturday morning
- You get a one-page report on what actually happened. No pitch in it.
- If it's ugly, we'll build you a working line for free and you keep it either way
- Then you decide whether we ever talk again
